With a wide variety of enterprise applications from which to choose, how does one know which will add the most value to the business and which is best suited to a company's needs? The next important step is the creation, distribution and analysis of a general request for information (RFI) sent to a broad set of vendors followed by a more detailed request for proposal (RFP) sent to a smaller set.
