Erik Markeset, Principal
Erik Markeset is a founder and principal of Tsol. Erik brings nearly 15 years of global transportation industry consulting experience to Tsol. His experience includes marketing and strategic management consulting within the transportation, high tech and retail industries. Erik has worked in the global transportation industry for third party logistics, airfreight, airline, freight forwarding, express/parcel, truck, rail, and ocean service providers.
Before starting Tsol, Erik was co-founder and principal of CP Consulting. Previously he was Vice President of Strategic Alliances for a vendor of web-native supply chain execution and visibility software. Earlier in his career, he was a Principal at A. T. Kearney where he led the development of e-commerce, transportation management, competitive, sourcing, and logistics strategies for prominent global clients. He was a captain in the United States Air Force where he served overseas and at the Pentagon.
Erik received his Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Princeton University. Erik was raised in Mexico City, and currently resides there.
