Consultant Profile

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a committed team either on-site or remotely
• Be a leader on internal tasks and a subject matter expert in logistics technology and implementation methodology
• Provide specific answers to clients regarding the functionality of implemented applications
• Research and address implementation issues
• Work closely with customer operational and technical staff
• Be responsible for transforming agreed-upon designs into a fully configured / developed solution ready to be used by the customer
• Train the customer's trainers and teammates on specific tools
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers during go-live and roll-out
• Support the sales process and marketing efforts within the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering or similar
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the logistic field, preferably involving software implementations and knowledge of supply chain matters including transportation and warehouse management
• Solid understanding of enterprise software solutions
• Availability to travel frequently from Mon - Fri (some weekends on exception)
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, one-on-one and in team settings
• Self-discipline, maturity, problem solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Professional appearance
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese helpful
• Residency in the United States or with visa to conduct business there (B1/B2, TN, H-1B)
